Sanctuary Salvation Campaign
Did you know approximately 28,000 horses were shipped to Mexico or Canada last year to be slaughtered? Slaughter is a brutal and terrifying end for horses, and it is not humane. Horses are shipped for more than 24 hours at a time without food, water, or rest in crowded trucks. They are often seriously injured or killed in transit.
Our team will be attending an auction in August, and we urgently need your help rescuing animals whose future is uncertain and whose lives are at risk. Our goal is to bring them safely back to the Sanctuary, where they will receive the care, love, and rehabilitation they desperately need to live the rest of their lives in peace.
