Rooted in Love: A Mother’s Day Sound Bath
This special Mother’s Day sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the love that flows through our families and our hearts. Through the gentle sounds of singing bowls, flutes, chimes, and gongs, we’ll create a peaceful space to honor mothers, grandmothers, caregivers, and the many forms that nurturing love takes in our lives. Whether your relationship with Mother’s Day is joyful, reflective, or tender, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Together we will rest, breathe, and allow the healing vibrations of sound to support relaxation, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of connection.
This heart-centered experience offers a moment to pause, receive, and reconnect with the quiet thread of love that connects us all.
Come alone, bring your mother, or share the experience with someone you love.
We invite attendees to bring a photo or memento, of a loved one who may not still be with us, as we honor mothers past, present and future.
During this gentle practice, you’ll be guided to release daily stresses and create space for your mind and heart to reset. Together, we’ll pause, reflect, and give thanks. Let this be a moment to connect inward and consider: What are you truly grateful for?
A sound bath is a relaxing experience where you’re surrounded by soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, or gongs. You simply lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds wash over you, creating a feeling of deep calm and rest.
The vibrations help quiet the mind and release tension in the body. Many people describe it as a form of meditation or energetic reset that helps them feel grounded, peaceful, and balanced. There’s no right or wrong way to experience it—just an invitation to relax, listen, and let the sound support your healing and well-being.
